Karin Halbritter advises and supports entrepreneurs and managers to recognize their strategically important capabilities, to develop them effectively and efficiently, and to make full use of them – whether it be within the company or in cooperation with partners, customers or suppliers. Her main focus is on diagnosis of competences, strategy-based competence development and performance management. In her doctoral thesis, she designed a competence model for intelligent business networking. For many years she worked in various management positions – including as a partner and key account manager, as a department head and as a managing director. In addition, since 1993 she has worked as a freelance consultant, trainer and coach.
