From May to July 2014 audits were carried out in car dealerships in 26 European countries to determine the level of compliance with standards and processes. This is a useful component of the professional-ization of the dealer organization. Monitoring the qualitative after sales agreement standards and the QM system is crucial for sustainable development. The audits focus on processes and standards which strongly influence service quality and customer satisfaction, and which can be reliably tested. In order to guarantee a comprehensive understanding of the processes and standards, as well as consistent quality of results, it goes without saying that all HGS Concept auditors worldwide are certified in accordance with ISO 19011. The auditor's main tasks include the objective recording of the processes and standards in the dealerships, and/or identifying process weaknesses, as well as documenting and reporting the audit results to the parent company.
