From October 2013 to March 2014 our experts faced the demands of new and rapidly-evolving markets, such as in Russia. The implementation of our client¹s strategy through to sales was an interesting challenge. It had to fit into the local market and needed to be proven applicable. Russia has one of the fastest-growing markets, its own rules and regulations. Together with a local partner, we were using a hands-on approach, coupled with strategic vision. In a short time we worked out solutions that are both sustainable and efficient.
