Staying on Track

"Why don't they just add another wagon to that train if there is so much traffic?" "The train is never on time and the air conditioning doesn't work as it should." Such suggestions and statistical misconceptions can be heard on almost every railway platform.

However, safe and effective railway operations require far more than wagons and air conditioning systems.  A smooth rail journey showcases a variety of services and products, which themselves are a reflection of many occupational fields in our society. You can be pretty much everything in a railway company, not only train driver, but also an architect, designer, cook, forester and much more - both nationally and internationally. This brings high expectations for the adaptability of managers and their employees.

In order to make a rail journey as smooth as possible for the customer, it requires not only a professionally-organized company, but also continuing further training for all those involved. The collaboration between different functions, genders, generations and cultures is very important to us. For more than 20 years we have qualified train attendants, company managers, station managers, controllers, internal consultants and more.
