Sascha Bauer has a degree in business administration and has worked as a trainer and certified business coach in the automotive industry since 2007. He has been responsible for large-scale projects in the area of sales excellence in the retail sector, and has worked as a consultant for a quality assurance project in the sales process. Meanwhile, he can look back on experience in the new and used car segments in 20 European countries and in South Asia. Sascha Bauer's work areas include sales process analysis and sales training, as well as customer satisfaction surveys and coaching for managerial, sales and service staff.
