Before beginning his coaching and training career Daniel Haag worked as a workshop manager for a leading German auto repair chain store. He has additional qualifications in the areas of situational leadership, situational sales and PRO-strategy stress and communication behavior. His key activities include coaching on-the-job services for workshop staff, in particular the communication between workshop and customer. In order to generate customer loyalty, Daniel Haag has designed and carried out service reception training for a leading German workshop service. He also participates in a coaching program to increase customer and dealer satisfaction, market penetration, turnover, and service quality for the largest automobile manufacturer in Europe.
