In 2012 Gertrud Zeiss began her work as a project manager at HGS Concept. She has a degree in Business Administration and gained many years of experience in the areas of staff development and sales management in a consulting firm, at a headhunting and management consultancy company, and in the sales management department of the world's largest logistics company. In addition, in the field of human resources, she developed and implemented a number of instruments, tools and processes, including potential diagnostics for succession planning for companies in the financial sector and in the engineering industry.
