The dimensions of learning
The learning success of a training course is of crucial importance for you and your individual learners. But how to determine learning success objectively? In “Adaptive Learning” we structure learning content in three dimensions, which enables you to measure what has been achieved.
- Some competencies are based on basic knowledge, which nevertheless extends over many areas. In Adaptive Learning, such content is conveyed in learning modules that are “broad” in terms of the learning objectives.
- Other modules focus on a narrower selection of topics in the immediate vicinity of a core content; they are “dense”.
- A third group of learning modules concentrates exclusively on core content, conveying “deep” knowledge, detailed and profound.
As Area9 implementation managers and curators, we define together with you, in which dimension each learning content of a training course will be conveyed. On this basis, the learning success is subsequently evaluated.
